Shower Extravaganza!!

This past Saturday was our baby shower! It was a great day, everything looked amazing and the food was all delish! Here is are some pics from the day.

Above my mom checking out my belly as soon as we arrived...they had already been there a few hours getting everything ready and making sure everything was perfect! It was another successful event by the A- team for sure!

Mike got to wear pink too! He needs to get used to all this girly stuff. This isn't a good posed pic of us but it is one of the only ones from the day that shows off my belly!


I am still not sure how it happened but Jay was roped into the pink apron crew too! You know you have good friends when they will wear pink aprons for you :)

College girls + Tia...black really is slimming since Shital looks more prego with her adorable little bump than I do with my giant one! I should have bought this dress in a post pregnancy size too LOL!


Work Girlies. Sarah was such a trooper, due in a few days and still came out to my shower!



Look at all these PRESENTS!!!! It was unbelievable, everyone was sooo generous. We pretty much have everything we need now. And she definitely doens't need clothes for about 1 yr.....took a full day of laundry to wash everything and her drawers are practically full now!



Okay so in this picture is a gift from my mom. The afghan was knitted for me by my nannie and given to my mom at her shower, she still had the picture! And she saved it for over 30 yrs! And it is just like new, I had no idea she had this. It was an amazing surprise! And the little sweater jacket and bonet my mom knitted for Meredith and I and we were both christened in it. She saved it and it is also in perfect condition, now Meredith and I will have it for our babies!

Seriously I need to remember to do this stuff so that my daughter can be as amazed by me as I am by my mom time and time again. I love you mom for all that you do for all of us everyday!
